Pre-season practice starts Wednesday September 8th. Practices will run from 2:30-4:00 at the high school. Wrestlers will be running and lifting Monday/Wednesday and Friday.
Mo-West is also starting next week. First practice and registration will be Tuesday, September 7th. Practices will be held at Blue Springs High School from 6:30-8:00pm. Wrestlers are highly encouraged to sign up on the 7th!

Welcome to the Blue Springs Wildcat’s High School Wrestling Team’s website. The Wildcat’s are a team rich in tradition with a long lineage of successful wrestlers, teams, and coaches throughout it’s history. Here is a recap of the Wildcat’s recent accomplishments:
- 2008-2009 the Wildcats placed 3rd in Class 4A Missouri State.
- 2007-2008 the Wildcats placed 3rd in Class 4A Missouri State with 13 State Qualifiers, 4 All-State finishers, and 2 State Champions.
- 2006-2007 the Wildcats placed 4th in Class 4a Division with 10 State Qualifiers, 3 All-State finishers, and 1 3x State Champion.
- 2005-2006 the Wildcat’s placed 2nd in Class 4A District 4 and 3rd in Class 4A Missouri State with 2 Champions and 3 All-State wrestlers.
- 2004-2005 the Wildcat’s placed 3rd in the Class 4A Missouri State Championships, 2nd in the District, and 2nd in Conference. The team had three State Champions and four All-State wrestlers.
